We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday with the exception on bank holidays.
The standard delivery charge is £3.95 (2-4 business days).
Express items £5.95 with a signature required on delivery (1-3 business days).
Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and usually arrive in 2-4 business days. Express items, orders over the value of £200 and multiple items will require a signature on delivery. The delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch. (Please consider this when selecting a delivery address.)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent.
