Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday with the exception on bank holidays. The standard delivery charge is £3.95 (2-4 business days). Express items £5.95 with a signature required on delivery (1-3 business days). Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and usually arrive in 2-4 business days. Express items, orders over the value of £200 and multiple items will require a signature on delivery. The delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch. (Please consider this when selecting a delivery address.) Track your order via Royal Mail & Trace facility using your tracking reference number. NB: Should you select Express checkout & be in a rush for an item please contact us using one of our contact methods and we will try to assist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. We want you to be happy with your purchase but should you need to exchange or return please follow the instructions We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure when returning that the boxes are not damaged or cellotaped. We require all returned items to be sent back unworn in the condition that they were sent with tags attached. Please include copy of the delivery note so we can ensure we can allocate your return correctly. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed. Please note the cost of the goods only, will be credited to your card. Due to our limited quantities, we cannot exchange items. You will need to go back online and re-purchase the size you require. The original item will need to be returned and once received you will be refunded through your original method of payment. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from the day you receive the goods.

FAULTY GOODS
If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item has been sent in error, we can offer a free replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
The item must be unworn and in original packaging and any tags must remain intact. Return item in original packaging/do not cellotape the box. Include your delivery note document, please state reason for return in writing. Use recorded or signed service to return & retain your proof of postage.
